The Hidden Dean by Frank Lander (Commended) Jug Band Blues by Clive Ody (Commended) The Cities That Touch the Sky by Ernie McKenna (Winner Semi-Pro Section ) One Week in August by John Bartlett (Runner Up Semi-Pro Section) This year the competition was sent to Scotland for judging by Dr Norman Speirs FACI, Jim Closs and Brian Saberton FACI.
The Award Show was presented by Cheltenham Video Makers on March 15th at The Reddings Community Centre, Cheltenham.
